Description and Usage
Following customer demand, we created a smaller version of our famous Brioche Bun.
The color of the bun comes from the large amount of eggs in the recipe. -It is also egg washed at a later stage. You can smell the European quality of butter. The taste is buttery and sweet. You could use it to upgrade your burgers or in place of kaiser rolls for your breakfast sandwiches. One of the basic characteristics of our bun that our customers love is that it does not disintegrate. No matter what you serve on it, it absorbs the juice and the flavor without falling apart.
All the ingredients are natural and there is no preservative. For this reason, it is best used if kept in the freezer until you need it.
