The Brioche Bun 4 oz is the one bread that made Dianna Bakery stand out and for good reasons. The recipe came from a Master Baker named Mody who had a plethora of experience in the baking industry. He had gained his experience in France. He worked as head baker for many notable baking companies and for many years he had worked as a master baker for George Perrier. He now works as an adviser with our current team of Bakers.
The color of the bun comes from the large amount of pasture raised eggs in the recipe. It is also egg washed at a later stage. You can smell the European quality of butter. The taste is buttery and sweet. You could use it to upgrade your burgers or in place of kaiser rolls for your breakfast sandwiches. One of the basic characteristics of our bun that our customers love is that it does not disintegrate. No matter what you serve on it, it absorbs the juice and the flavor without falling apart. All the ingredients are natural and there is no preservative. For this reason, it is best used if kept in the freezer until you need it.
