Description and usage
Our ciabatta is hand crafted and it comes in the 3X8 size. It is ideal for hot and cold sandwiches. It can be also enjoyed as a dinner roll. It is white with air pockets in the middle due to the fact that it is hand crafted. We use the traditional two-step procedure to bake it.
